How to use this adult IPTV FAQ
We have run Adulte8K since 2023, and most messages to our support line come down to the same fifteen questions. We grouped them into three parts: getting set up on your device, the PIN and your privacy, and plans and payment. Each answer is short and practical, written the way we would reply on WhatsApp.
A quick reminder of how the IPTV adult service works. You pick a plan, pay by Revolut, Wise or crypto, and receive your login and personal PIN by email, usually within 5 to 30 minutes. You then watch in a player app such as IPTV Smarters, TiviMate or VLC, with the 18+ section locked until you enter the PIN. The service is for adults aged 18 and over only.

How do I set up adult IPTV on my TV?

Which devices work with the IPTV adult service?

Should I use Xtream codes or the M3U link?
Use Xtream codes if your app offers them: they load the channels, films and programme guide together and are easier to type on a TV remote. The M3U link suits players like VLC on a computer. Both give access to the same adult IPTV catalogue.
Is the adult IPTV picture 8K, as the name suggests?
No. 8K is part of our brand name, not a picture format we sell. Streams are 4K Ultra-HD on Prime, the Prime variants and Elite Server, and Full HD on Standard. On a good connection 4K looks sharp on any modern TV, and Full HD is plenty on smaller screens.
What internet speed do I need?
About 15 Mbps of stable speed for comfortable 4K. Full HD needs far less. Measure the speed on the device you watch on, not your phone, because Wi-Fi through walls often loses more than people expect. A cable or mesh point usually solves most stutters.
What should I do if a channel buffers or freezes?
First restart the app and check your connection on that device. Then try another channel to see if the problem is local. Our servers are load-balanced against freezing, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Message us with the channel name and device and we will check it with you.
The 18+ PIN and your IPTV adult privacy
What is the PIN and where do I find it?
The PIN is a personal access code that keeps the 18+ section of your IPTV adult line locked. It arrives in the same email as your login. Nothing in the adult categories opens until the code is entered, which keeps your adult IPTV viewing out of sight of anyone else using the TV.
Can I change or reset my PIN?
Yes. You can change the PIN to a code only you know, and reset it if you forget it. The exact menu depends on your player app, usually under parental control or settings. If you cannot find it, message us on WhatsApp and we will walk you through it step by step.
Can other people in the house see the adult channels?
Not without your PIN. The adult section stays locked and its categories use neutral names. Change the PIN to your own code on the first evening, do not share it, and log out of any device you lend to someone else.
What shows on my bank statement?
A neutral label. We accept Revolut, Wise and crypto only, so there is no card payment and nothing on your statement names an adult service. We never see or store card numbers because we do not take cards.
What personal data do you keep?
Only what we need to run your line: the email address your login is sent to and your WhatsApp conversation with us. No card data, no address, no ID documents. Our legal page explains the privacy policy in full.
Adult IPTV plans, payment and renewal
Is there a trial before I pay?
No. We do not offer trials or test lines. The lowest-cost way to try the service is Standard at €39 a year. Before you pay, ask us anything on WhatsApp, such as whether your TV is supported, and we will answer honestly, even if the answer is that you need a different device.
Which plan includes the most adult channels?
Elite Server, with 8,000 VIP adult channels, 80,000+ live channels, a dedicated server, up to four screens and a 7-day replay, for €299 once. Prime and its variants carry about 6,000 adult channels in 4K, and Standard about 200 in Full HD. Every plan includes the full adult IPTV section.
How long does it take to receive my login?
Usually between 5 and 30 minutes after payment. The login, M3U link and PIN arrive together by email. If nothing has come after half an hour, check your spam folder, then message us on WhatsApp with the email address you used and we will resend it.
How do I renew a yearly plan?
Message us on WhatsApp before your year ends. Since you pay by transfer, nothing renews automatically and nothing is taken from your account without you. We confirm the renewal price and how it applies to your line. Lifetime plans never need renewing.
Can I watch on more than one screen?
Yes, on the right plan. Standard 2 screens (€59 a year) and Prime 2 screens (€119 a year) allow two, Prime 3 screens Lifetime (€249 once) allows three, and Elite Server allows up to four. Standard, Prime and Prime Lifetime are for one device at a time.
